As an experienced ‘old hand', I know a great deal and I also like to know best! My curiosity is my key competence and also my greatest pitfall. I'm interested in everything and always want to know everything. When working as part of a team, this ensures that we always bring out the best in ourselves in order to present the most original plan, the most thorough proposal, the most thorough analysis or the most creative idea to the customer.

The time I spent as a spokesperson and communication manager at KPN and for the police serve as the basis for my style and approach. What are my best qualities? I'm able to make rapid switches, reliable, flexible and result-oriented. The tasks I've enjoyed the most include change processes, internal communication, reorganisations, HR PR and positioning.

When I would prefer not to communicate in words, I take up my brushes and paint and have free reign on canvas, just like Pollock, splashing and flinging, or like Rothko, in peace and modesty, or simply as myself, messing around on canvas.
