I manage Bijl's finances. My personality can be characterised as composed and responsible, which I see as a valuable asset in my work as an accountant.
I live in Krimpen aan den IJssel. I hate traffic jams, so Bijl's proximity to home encouraged me to work there. The primary reason for choosing Bijl, however, is that it enables me to take care of my young son and daughter. I could no longer combine the responsibilities of my previous job as head of the accounts department and motherhood.
I always have plenty to do during my 24-hour work week. I'm responsible for monitoring hours worked, monthly reports, wage payments and invoicing. I'm also the contact person for accountants and the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. At Bijl, I'm involved in every aspect of the larger picture.
