Bijl, partners in public relations

The Ricciotti Ensemble consists of young musicians, music students in particular. Wherever the Ricciotti Ensemble plays, the listener is gripped with the charm of the orchestra, the versatility of the music and the professionalism of the performance. The performance environment is likewise remarkable. After all, which other orchestra plays right on the street, in a shopping centre, at a gym or in the park? Symphony orchestras normally play in large venues, such as concert halls, but not the Ricciotti Ensemble. They prefer to play close to the public and in places where music is not normally heard. The Ricciotti Ensemble brings music to the people where they live, in their own neighbourhood, without the need for a stage.

Making music is what they do, and Bijl's job is to publicise their performances. That is why Bijl handles the publicity for the three annual tours the Ricciotti Ensemble makes in the Netherlands and their summer tour abroad.
