Netvlies Internet services is an Internet agency that develops websites and other online solutions. In October 1997, three 16-year-old classmates (Jochem Vemmix, Jeroen Thoolen and Jos Govaart - Govaart now works for Bijl) decided to transform their hobby, which had by then grown out-of-hand, into the company Netvlies. Thanks to the quality and flexibility of its services, Netvlies is now attracting an increasing number of orders and customers and currently employs around 25. The company conceives attractive, interactive solutions for each individual customer and translates them into solid and user-friendly websites and applications. Netvlies's customers include the Municipality of Breda, Bever Zwerfsport, SOLV, RTV Gelderland, Foam_Fotografiemuseum Amsterdam, Graphic Design Museum and Revu.

Bijl has solved a specific PR problem for Netvlies. One of Netvlies's project managers, Philip Lomans, followed the love of his life to Brazil and completed a few Netvlies projects from there. Both companies were so pleased with this that the collaborative partnership was simply continued. Research conducted by Bijl revealed that a working relationship had been born that was a unique Dutch concept. Bijl ensured that Netvlies was able to tell this story in various national press publications, such as NRC Next, DAG, Sprout and Adformatie.
